Thousands of flowers, a giant Catrina, and the entire atmosphere of the Day of the Dead will come together in one place. Jardines de México will celebrate Tlalmanalli 2026 on October 31 and November 1 with an experience that combines tradition, nature, music, dance, and theater.
This year’s event will have a special feature: it will be dedicated to the memory of General Emiliano Zapata. The event aims to bring together art, history, and Mexican heritage in a visual and sensory journey set amid the park’s gardens.
Here’s what the Day of the Dead will look like at Jardines de México
Tlalmanalli will transform the gardens with various elements related to one of Mexico’s most important celebrations.
Confirmed activities will include offerings, dance, music, and a play, as well as a Giant Catrina, which will be one of the most striking elements of the experience.
The tour will also feature spaces and nooks designed for taking photographs, while the vegetation and flower gardens blend into the Day of the Dead atmosphere.
This year’s tribute will be dedicated to the “Caudillo del Sur,” Emiliano Zapata, whose memory will serve as the central theme of this year’s event.
How much does Tlalmanalli 2026 cost?
The experience is designed for all ages. General admission tickets will cost $380, while children 12 and under or under 1.40 meters tall will pay $160.
In addition, pets will be allowed with an $80 ticket, so this can also be considered a great outing for those who usually go out accompanied by their furry friends.
Tlalmanalli will take place for only two days, transforming the usual tour of Jardines de México into an experience surrounded by flowers, offerings, and references to Mexican traditions related to the memory of those who are no longer with us.
