Spring begins with its jacaranda trees and warm weather, inviting us to go out for ice cream, seek out outdoor activities, and find ways to cool off. A surefire option is the wave pool at Utopía Olini, where you can dive in to escape the heat without leaving Mexico City; here are the hours and everything you need to know before visiting.
Easter break is fast approaching—undoubtedly a time when we want to spend time with family and find activities for the kids to burn off all their energy. This attraction is a great option, as it offers fun without the need to plan a trip to the beach.
Currently, the Utopía Olini pool is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Remember that admission to this facility is free.

Now that you know the hours for this wave pool, here are some recommendations to keep in mind so you can enjoy your dip:
- Enter in a swimsuit or spandex clothing.
- Avoid cotton or denim clothing.
- You must enter without nail polish on your fingernails or toenails.
- Before entering, remove your jewelry and watch.
Let’s hit the water! The return of this pool is the fun you’ve been looking for during the hot season, so head over to Calle 3 and Emilio Arriaga, Ejército Constitucionalista, Iztapalapa. We can’t wait to see you swimming in the waves!
