Write it down, Mario Hugo! As part of the International Book Fair for University Students 2025 (FILUNI) we will see the creator of 31 Minutes at UNAM. Just as you read it! Álvaro Díaz will perform during the event.
Everything is more than ready for FILUNI 2025, which this year will have the University of Chile as guest of honor. More than 350 activities will be offered throughout the event.
This book fair will be held from August 26 to 31, 2025 at the UNAM Exhibition and Congress Center ( Avenida del Imán 10, Ciudad Universitaria, Coyoacán); however, the 31 Minutos event will have another venue.
When will we see the creator of 31 Minutes at UNAM?
Among all the activities that will take place in this book fair we will find the presentation of Álvaro Díaz, creator of the famous program 31 Minutos. He will participate in a conversation in which he will talk more about the program.
You will see him next Wednesday, August 27 at the Covarrubias Hall of the University Cultural Center at 2:00 pm. Try to arrive early to get a seat.
The event was originally scheduled to take place at the Foro Sin Fronteras at the UNAM’s Centro de Exposiciones y Congresos but it was decided to move the venue.
This is just a taste of what is to come. According to a press release, the FILUNI will have an infinite number of activities such as book presentations, talks, workshops, cultural presentations and much more.
For example, on August 27, there will be a discussion “The defense of Spanish through written culture”, which will be led by William Lee, Claudia Neira, Eva Orúe, Adriana Ángel and Dejanira Álvarez.
The fair will also address topics such as gender equality, migration and more. There will even be an activity in which reference will be made to the 40th anniversary of the earthquakes in Mexico and Chile.
