Do you remember the adventures of Paco Poyo that we read in elementary school? The story of A golpe de calcetín returns to the CDMX, but this time with a play for the whole family.
This is a production of the company Idiotas Teatro, which performs an adaptation of the play written by Francisco Hinojosa. The staging has celebrated several seasons and this year returns to the city to be presented at the Centro Cultural del Bosque.
What is the story about?

Paco Poyo is a ten-year-old boy who, due to economic problems, has to go out on the streets to sell newspapers.
One day, Paco meets a character who will buy all his newspapers in exchange for a favor. After a series of unexpected events, Paco goes from selling newspapers to appearing on their covers.
In addition to magnificent performances, this play combines masks, puppets and scenery that make it an unforgettable show.
