The Mexico City Philharmonic and the Eduardo Mata Youth Orchestra are just some of the participants! Euforia is the Arts Music Festival that will take place at various venues throughout the city for a full month. If you enjoy classical music and orchestral ensembles, this is sure to be an event you’ll love.
This event is organized by Opus 94, a Mexican radio station that broadcasts classical music and cultural programs. Its 40th anniversary will be celebrated with a month-long musical festival (from June 5 to July 5, 2026) during which ensembles and artists will perform at legendary venues and spaces open to the public.
The Palace of Fine Arts, the Ollin Yoliztli Cultural Center, the Chapultepec Performance Pavilion, the Tlalpan City Hall esplanade, and IMER Studio A are the venues that will be part of this musical experience.
As we mentioned, the Mexico City Philharmonic Orchestra and the Eduardo Mata Youth Orchestra are part of the lineup, along with Antrim Ensamble Celta, Cabezas de Cera, Los Descarados, Jairo Guerrero, María Katzarava, and Matías Carbajal; there will also be a day dedicated to contemporary music.
You can check out the full program later on Opus 94’s Instagram profile.
If you enjoy classical music as much as we do, the Euforia Festival will be your best plan. Who will you invite?
