BADA 2026 already has a confirmed date, venue, and details. From February 5 to 8, the direct artist art fair returns to Campo Marte to celebrate its sixth edition in Mexico and consolidate itself as one of the unmissable events in February and during Art Week in Mexico City.
BADA Mexico proposes a model that breaks with the traditional art market scheme: there are no galleries or intermediaries here.
The works are purchased directly from the artist, who presents and explains their work in person, generating a close dialogue that transforms the purchasing experience into a human and accessible encounter.
The 2026 edition will bring together more than 200 artists selected from over 3,000 proposals from Mexico, Argentina, France, Spain, the United States, Colombia, and other countries.
The public will find original works in small and varied formats, with prices not exceeding $2,500 pesos, one of the hallmarks that have made BADA an ideal fair for starting or expanding a collection.
Accessible art, education, and new voices
One of the central themes of BADA 2026 is the democratization of art. For this reason, the fair is once again integrating educational and training projects, such as the participation of the UNAM Faculty of Arts and Design and, for the first time, the Tecnológico de Monterrey, promoting young creators who are beginning their professional careers.
This edition will also feature the special participation of Lourdes Almeida, a key figure in contemporary photography in Mexico, whose work reinforces the sensitive and human dimension of the fair.
