A new Bandai Namco Shop has opened in Mexico City!
It has more than 200 Gashapon machines and a variety of collectibles imported directly from Japan.
The venue offers official merchandise for fans of anime, video games, and scale models.
The main attraction of the establishment is its distinctive capsule vending machines.
To use them, visitors must purchase game tokens on-site, which are inserted to receive random items.
Capsule prices vary by collection, ranging from $30 to $200 pesos.
Among the items available in this format are characters from Minecraft, Kirby, and Naruto, presented as miniature figures and keychains.
Limited editions and scale models at the Bandai Namco Shop
In addition to the Gashapon area, the store features sections dedicated to exclusive figures and limited-edition items.
On the display shelves, you’ll find merchandise from classic franchises such as Godzilla, One Piece, and Dragon Ball, as well as different versions of the classic Tamagotchi.
The catalog is complemented by official Gunpla products. If you’re not familiar with them yet, the brand focuses on mechanical model kits, Ichibankuji-style items, and Tamashii Nations figures.
If you’re a collector, you already know that these items usually have to be imported.
The store is located in the YAMA Insurgentes Reforma complex, at 33 Nápoles Street, Colonia Juárez, Cuauhtémoc borough.
The venue is open to the public every day of the week, Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
