Jallalla Bolivia! is an event promoted by the National Museum of World Cultures, due to the commemoration of the independence of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
With a cultural program you will learn more about their traditions. There will be lectures, artistic presentations and gastronomic sales. Take out your savings, as handicrafts and other Bolivian products will be on sale.
One of the most anticipated activities is the parade that will parade down Moneda Street, in the Historic Center. Costumes, music and many colors will surprise you during this party.
When will the Bolivian festival take place in the Historic Center?

Jallalla Bolivia will take place next Saturday, August 9. There is no cost to participate and you don’t need to register in advance.
The festival will start at 11:00 a.m. with lectures in the patio of the venue. At 12:30 p.m. the parade of troupes will begin on Moneda Street, and the party continues! Return to the museum’s patio, because at 1:00 p.m. you will enjoy dance and music presentations.
We recommend you anticipate your arrival, as space is limited to 200 people.
The National Museum of World Cultures is located at Moneda 13, Centro Histórico. The closest Metro station is Zócalo/Tenochtitlán on Line 2.
