The next book sale in Mexico City already has a date! All kinds of books, as well as CDs and movies, will be sold at promotional prices. Admission to the event will be free.
The Great Book, Music, and Movie Sale takes place in Mexico City twice a year: in the spring and in the summer. The second edition of 2026 will be held right in the middle of summer vacation: from July 29 to August 2. Throughout the weekend, you’ll be able to buy books at low prices.
Hundreds of exhibitors gather for each edition, including various publishers and distributors. Secondhand books are also sold during the event. You’ll find all kinds of literary gems.

The book and movie sale will take place on the esplanade of the Monument to the Revolution. It’s worth noting that throughout the event, there will be literature-related activities such as book presentations, lectures, and more.
