This August there will be a gastronomic event that will make lovers of good food fall in love. It is the Bread and Mole Fair 2025 that will take place in Tenancingo, in the State of Mexico.
Bakers, cooks and restaurants of the region will gather here. Let’s remember that the community of San Miguel Tecomatlán, in Tenancingo, is well known for the preparation of its cocoles.
The options to enjoy this bread are varied. Families and businesses that have been preparing and selling cocoles for years will offer their best recipes. Go with a good appetite!
The same goes for mole. You’ll have the opportunity to delight yourself with a lot of dishes where mole will shine.
The feast will take place on August 15, 16 and 17, with activities and sales starting at 10:00 am.
