Do you live in Tlalpan or do you regularly visit this district? Take note, because it will be the next municipality in Mexico City to have a cable car. We tell you what is known so far about Line 4 of the Cablebus.
Through official accounts, Gabriela Osorio, Mayor of Tlalpan, explained that on Tuesday, October 22, the first official tour of the district took place to evaluate where the stations of this new Cablebus line will be installed. Just as you read: construction work has formally begun.
What do we know about Cablebus Line 4?
So far it is not known when this project will be ready; however, it is confirmed that the Tlalpan Cablebus will be the next line of this means of transportation to be built.
Where will Line 4 of the Cablebus go from? It is known that it will go from Ajusco to Universidad. The bidding process for this project is expected to be launched before the end of 2024. Later on, the stations it will have will be announced, as well as the date when this line will be ready.
It is worth mentioning that Xochimilco, Cuajimalpa and Milpa Alta are other municipalities where Cablebus lines are also planned to be built.
Last September 24, Line 3 of the Cablebus was inaugurated, which goes from Metro Constituyentes/Los Pinos to Vasco de Quiroga, in Santa Fe. It has an extension of 5.5 kilometers.
