Let the little ones know! Children, teenagers and adults will be able to participate in a capybara-themed race in CDMX this 2025. The extension is 5 kilometers and you can run or walk it. Are you in?
Without a doubt, capybaras have become very popular in recent years. If you are also a fan of these little animals, come and participate in this themed race. Keep an eye on the date and all the details.
When will be the capybara-themed race in CDMX?
You still have several months to train. The race will take place next Sunday, November 2, that’s right: right on Day of the Dead 2025. There will be four categories:
- 100 meters: for kids from 4 to 7 years old.
- 200 meters: for boys and girls from 8 to 12 years old.
- 5 kilometers (walk): for people over 13 years old.
- 5 kilometers (race): for people over 13 years of age.
The race will start at 7:00 a.m. sharp. The venue is not yet defined, but the location will be announced at a later date. The cost to participate is $500 for the children’s competitions and $550 for the run and walk. Please note that you can register online (plus fees) or in person.
Registration will close on October 31 or when space is full. In case there are places available on the day the kits are delivered, you can register at that time, but the registration fee will be $600.
Don’t get complacent because time is flying by.
