If you were waiting for a sign to adopt, this is it. This Sunday, March 15, there will be a dog parade in Mexico City as part of the second adoption caravan organized by La Perra Vibra.
The event will begin at 10:30 a.m. at the Torre del Caballito on Paseo de la Reforma. Cargo bikes will gather there to transport the dogs that are ready to find a family.
The event is designed to take advantage of the flow of people out for their Sunday stroll. The dogs will parade on cargo bikes to the Angel of Independence, where they will stop so that those who are walking, running, or biking can come and meet them… and maybe fall in love.
A parade to raise awareness about adoption

The goal of the project is clear: to raise awareness about the importance and urgency of responsible adoption, and thus continue to support the rescue of more animals.
This edition will feature dogs from the Huellitas con Magia association, as well as dogs rescued by individuals, including Karen, a member of Animalistas MX, and the members of La Perra Vibra.
The plan for the day will be as follows: at 10:30 a.m., the teams will be organized, each dog will be assigned a cargo bike (according to size and comfort), and the departure is scheduled for around 12:00 p.m.

After stopping at the Angel so that the public can interact with the dogs, the group will return to the Torre del Caballito at approximately 1:30 p.m.
The best part? People with dogs up for adoption can also join. In that case, you must write to La Perra Vibra in advance to receive instructions and ensure the safety of all participating dogs.
If you are looking to expand your family, want to support by spreading the word, or wish to donate so that more rescues are possible, this caravan is the perfect opportunity to do so while enjoying the Sunday stroll on Reforma.
