The Mexico City Secretariat of the Environment announced via its official social media accounts that this event will last three days: August 28, 29, and 30. It is a celebration of the culinary and cultural richness of the nopal.
You’ll enjoy a weekend full of activities and must-try dishes. It’s worth noting that the 2025 edition brought together more than 100 producers at the Monument to the Revolution, who offered all kinds of items; so we recommend arriving early because there’s sure to be plenty to see.

At this fair, you’ll mainly find a wide variety of foods and beverages made with nopal. In addition, there will be contests and products made with this ingredient.
Although the program for the 2026 edition has not yet been revealed, it has been announced that during the event, you’ll enjoy traditional dances, live music, and many surprises.
