Everything is more than ready for Winter Lights 2025 at Cenart! This is an event that will bring everything from concerts to film screenings. The best part is that most of the activities are free.
The Christmas season is here and Cenart knows it. From December 5 to 14 they will have several activities as part of the Luces de Invierno (Winter Lights) series, which is held every year.
It will kick off on December 5 with the presentation of The Other Nutcracker, where you will see a fusion of hip hop, contemporary dance, voguing and aerial dance. You can see the show at the Teatro de las Artes from December 5 to 14 (except December 12) at different times. Admission is $250 per person.
What else will be in Winter Lights 2025 at Cenart?
If Christmas music is your thing, set aside Saturday, December 6, because at 1:30 p.m. there will be a concert called Christmas! Christmas! Christmas! in which Christmas carols and New Year’s Eve songs will be performed.
Admission is free, so try to arrive early to get a seat. The concert will be led by the Escuela Superior de Música Symphonic Band.
This is not the only concert. There will be another one called Christmas Fanfare on December 13 at 1:30 p.m. with the Gloria in Excelsis Deo choir. It will also be free of charge.
As for movies, “Que bello es vivir” and “Hombre de familia” will be shown on December 5 and 11 respectively. Admission is free. What activity are you going to throw yourself into?
