Did you know that there is a special tour on the Chapultepec Cablebus? Just as you read it! In this activity you will not only see the forest from the heights but you will also learn more about its history. To participate you must register in advance.
At the end of September 2024, Line 3 of the Cablebus was inaugurated, which goes from Los Pinos to Vasco de Quiroga, in Santa Fe. It crosses Chapultepec Forest and leaves you at recreational spaces such as Aztlán, the Cineteca Nacional de Chapultepec and Parcur.
Although it is a means of transportation, it was also planned for tourist purposes due to its location. The cost of the ticket is $7.
When is the special tour on the Chapultepec Cablebus?
These tours began in early 2025. They take place every Saturday at different times. During June there will be a tour every day:
- Saturday, June 14
- Saturday June 21
- Saturday June 28th
The meeting point is at Los Pinos station. There will be tours at 9:00, 10:15 and 11:30 am. It is important to know that space is limited to 18 people per hour. In order to participate you must register in advance at this email address: chapultepec.cultura@gmail.com .
We recommend you to go with your cell phone ready, because you will enjoy incredible landscapes and take lots of pictures. Just make sure you follow the directions at all times.
