Although it may sound strange, the first month of 2026 has flown by. That means the January Ciclotón is already upon us. Is your bike ready? Keep reading because we have all the details.
This event takes place on the last Sunday of each month and, unlike the Sunday ride, it is usually a little longer. This time, it will cover a distance of 66 km. The route will go from Calzada de Guadalupe to the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, according to details provided by the Mexico City Sports Institute on its official accounts.
Everything you need to know about the January 2026 Ciclotón!
The Ciclotón will take place this Sunday, January 25, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It will pass through streets such as Paseo de la Reforma, Mazatlán, Río Mixcoac Avenue, Río Churubusco Avenue, Calzada de Guadalupe, and Sevilla, among others.
It is important to mention that you do not have to complete the entire route. You can join the event and leave it at any point along the route.
Along the way, there will be service stations where you will find medical and mechanical assistance, as well as hydration points. If you don’t use a bike, skateboard, or roller skates, you can run, just make sure to stay on the far right.
If you can’t make it to this edition, don’t worry because the event takes place on the last Sunday of every month. So you still have opportunities to attend. Admission is free. Don’t forget to bring something to protect yourself from the sun and water to stay hydrated.
