The curtain opens and the best of Mexican circus fills the stage with magic! If you like circus shows, don’t miss the return of Circo Olímpico or El país de la maroma. Through acrobatics and tricks, you will learn the history of this artistic show.
The staging is the work of La Bomba Teatro, a Mexican production company that specializes in clowning, circus arts and live music. The presentation of Circo Olímpico is a great success, with several seasons in different venues in CDMX.
This year it returns with performances from July 19 to August 3, at the Teatro El Galeón, Abraham Oceransky. What’s in store for you?

The show is a time machine about the history of the circus in Mexico and the elements that characterized it in the 19th century. The cast presents acrobatic acts, mentalism, comedy, puppets and much more, perfect for the whole family to enjoy!
How much do tickets for Circo Olímpico or El país de la maroma cost?
Tickets are on sale now and cost $150 for adults and $80 for children, plus service charges. Tickets purchased at the box office are non-commissionable.
Please note that performances are only on Saturdays and Sundays at 1:00 p.m. Make a weekend plan! This show is recommended for children ages six and up.
