Are you a Star Wars fan? Throughout May, d-stellar will offer cookies inspired by Grogu and the Star Wars universe. The place will make you feel like you’re in a bar on the Outer Rim.
This Mexican venture specializes in Crumbl-style cookies. Here, the recipes change every month to offer sweet and savory options prepared fresh. Their current season completely transforms the menu to pay homage to the characters of George Lucas’s universe.
Desserts from the Outer Rim: From Mustafar to Tatooine
The star of the moment is the Baby-Lato, an avocado ice cream sandwich inspired by Grogu. The sweet pastry and cold filling create an unusual contrast on the palate. For those with a penchant for intense flavors, the Lava Castle recreates the lightsaber duel on Mustafar. It is a brownie-style cookie made with alkalized cocoa, passion fruit gel, and black crumble, served on a simulated volcanic rock.
Citrus notes arrive with a vanilla and white chocolate creation that evokes the sands of Tatooine. Also standing out is a hibiscus roll with piloncillo topped with blue icing, baked in honor of Ahsoka’s montrals. Finally, the shop brings to life the little green companion’s famous space craving: a crispy macaron filled with mascarpone and blueberry cream.
Space-themed drinks and landing coordinates
Pair your desserts with Blue Milk, a drink featuring blueberries, vanilla, and foam. Those who prefer bubbles can order the passion fruit lava soda, perfect for quenching your thirst.
