Would you dare to walk in total darkness while listening to stories about La Llorona, witches, and nahuales? “Leyendas Nocturnas en Cuajimalpa” will feature a series of tours that combine traditional tales with special effects, audio, and lighting that will send chills down your spine.
According to information provided by the organizers, the experience is based on a book by the Discalced Carmelites that is over 400 years old. The Ruiz Valdes sisters will be in charge of presenting the stories during these evening performances.
Among the stories announced are “The Beheading of Saint Matthew,” “Cosme the Monk,” “The Forest of Ocotal,” “La Llorona,” “Km 31,” “The Inquisition,” “The Witches of Ocotal,” “El Nahual,” and “La Chocani.”
