The UNAM’s Palacio de la Autonomía, inMexico City’s Historic Center, welcomes the exhibition “Dalí: Scenography of a Dream,” which will showcase more than 80 original works by the artist, including paintings, drawings, and monumental sculptures making their debut in Latin America.
One of the most anticipated works is a canvas measuring 10 meters wide by 5 meters high; it is a painting that director Alfred Hitchcock commissioned from Dalí for the film Spellbound.

Starting June 25, visitors will walk through eight galleries where they can reflect on the interpretation of dreams from the perspective of the Surrealist artist. In addition, audio guides will be available to complement the information on the exhibited works.
At the end of the physical tour, you can join a virtual reality experience to explore the visual universe, symbols, and perspectives of the works in an immersive way.
How much do tickets cost?

As we mentioned, “Dalí: Scenography of a Dream ” will open on June 25 in Mexico City’s Historic Center, though tickets are already on sale.
Tickets cost $190 Monday through Friday and $290 on weekends. Keep in mind that dates are available through August 2026, so we recommend planning your cultural calendar so you don’t miss out.
Many of the works on display are part of private collections in the United States and Europe, so this is a great opportunity to see them in person!
