To commemorate the Day of the Dead, the Cenart puts the house on the market and this 2024 will be no exception. The XXIV Feria de las Calacas, an event with Day of the Dead activities, especially for children, is finally confirmed.
The fair is organized by Alas y Raíces, a program of spaces and activities for children from 0 to 17 years old. Year after year it joins the Centro Nacional de las Artes; the result is an itinerary with shows, games and many surprises that take place at the venue located at 📍 Río Churubusco 79, Country Club Churubusco, Coyoacán.
This edition will take place during 📆 November 2 and 3, so organize your agenda for this month. Unfortunately, although the date of the Feria de las Calacas has been confirmed, the schedule has not been revealed.
What we can tell you is that you will enjoy theater, narrative presentations, musical performances, workshops and even an exhibition of ofrendas. 🕯️Esta edition will pay tribute to the lost souls; the activities will be from 🕛 11:00 to 21:30.
Note that there are not only activities for children; the event will have options for the whole family.
During 2023 Cenart commemorated Day of the Dead with workshops, plays and even a parade of illuminated alebrijes; there were more than 350 activities!
We recommend you keep an eye on our social networks and website for details about the 2024 itinerary.
