Space Jam will celebrate its 30th anniversary alongside the Diablos Rojos de Básquetbol and Looney Tunes.
The event will take place on August 29 and 30 at the Juan de la Barrera Gymnasium, where the Scarlet Five’s games will be transformed into a themed experience for the whole family.
In addition to the action on the court, exclusive surprises and special activities inspired by *Space Jam* and its characters have been announced. So you can expect a healthy dose of nostalgia while enjoying the capital’s basketball.

Bugs Bunny and the Red Devils Team Up for Space Jam
The collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery celebrates three decades of *Space Jam*, the 1996 film that brought Michael Jordan to share the screen—and the court—with Bugs Bunny, Lola Bunny, Daffy Duck, Taz, and the rest of the Looney Tunes.
Although the film’s official anniversary is in November, the Diablos Rojos will kick off the celebration early during these two home games.
Furthermore, this isn’t the first time the Scarlet Nine has crossed paths with this animated universe. The organization has previously collaborated with Looney Tunes, including a collection and a special uniform inspired by Taz.
