In this season of terror, the classic stories that make our skin crawl are back. One of the most memorable is the vampire of the Transylvanian castle. And for you to enjoy this season in a new version, comes Dracula in dance.
This staging will immerse you in the deep darkness and tension of the story of the most iconic vampire in the history of terror.
When and where can you see Dracula in dance?
Vampires are among the most popular figures when it comes to horror. But among all the beings that feed on blood and live in darkness, Dracula is definitely the most famous.
That’s why you can’t miss “Dracula: Blood Dance” at Foro Mitz (Verónica Anzúres, 11300 Mexico City, CDMX), an adaptation of Bram Stoker ‘s story that will take us through dance to the ruined castle where this sinister character lives.
This work will combine contemporary, classical and butoh dance (a type of Japanese dance-theater) to experience fear in person. There will be performances on Saturdays October 11, 18 and 25 and November 1 (at 7:00 pm), as well as Friday October 31 (at 8:00 pm).
Secure your place to spend an evening with Dracula, the icon of immortality. Tickets are already on sale online at Boletia and at the box office of the venue that will host the show. The ticket price is $199 (plus service charges).
Unlike other film adaptations, this version will make you feel the fear in your own skin, but will also invite you to dance the melancholy, love and desire behind one of the most famous horror stories.
Amidst darkness, amazing choreography and a talented cast, you will be enveloped in a gothic atmosphere characteristic of Transylvania, the home of the world’s most famous vampire.
