Look no further! We bring you five crazy and easy hairstyles for this Children’s Day 2025. Take note and get your scissors, colors and other materials ready.
For some years now it has been popular for kids to go to school with crazy hairstyles as part of the Children’s Day celebrations. If you don’t know what this year’s hairstyle will be like, don’t worry because here we bring you some easy options.
1. Donuts or spiders
The base of this hairstyle is to make one or two chongos. You can recreate a pair of donuts and decorate them with sequins, beads or their derivatives and put a glass of coffee next to them.
In fact a chongo can help you make a lot of hairstyles. For example, you can make a chongo in the center and put movable eyes; next to it insert black pipe cleaners and fold them a little in the shape of an “L”; this way you will have a spider. The joke is to let your imagination run wild.
You can also make two small choquitos on each side and put a cupcake paper as a base.
2. Unicorn
Here you can use fantasy extensions and make colorful braids. As a final touch you can make a unicorn horn out of cardboard or fomi and attach it to a headband. It will be a crazy and colorful hairstyle.
3. Doll
Here you will have to make two to three ponytails upwards as shown in the picture. You can make a snowman with a cardboard hat and pipe cleaners or another type of figure. You can even add ears, eyes and a nose to make it a bunny, for example.
4. Dinosaur
If your little one has short hair don’t worry because there are also many crazy and easy hairstyle options for them. For this option all you’ll need is temporary hair paint (make sure it’s kid-friendly), movable eyes and fomi. The idea is to make a dinosaur, crocodile or even a rooster, the limit is your imagination.
You just have to make the shape of the head and tail of the dinosaur (or animal of your choice) in the fomi and adapt it to your child’s head. The idea is that the hair represents the body of the dinosaur.
5. Ice cream or piñata
For this one you will also need temporary hair paint, cardboard or fomi and markers. You will make a cone and personalize it as if it were an ice cream cone. Then you will put it with a headband or garter on the little one’s head.
Here you can use hair paint to give the illusion that your hair is ice cream or, if you do not want to use paint in the hair, you can put cotton around the cone and ready.
