Everything you need to know about the “Oaxaca Late con Fuerza” event at the GAM
The Gustavo A. Madero borough will host this event, where you can learn more about the state without leaving Mexico City. It will take place on the borough’s esplanade: Calle 5 de Febrero S/N, Villa Gustavo A. Madero.
The opening ceremony will be on Thursday, April 23, at 5:00 p.m. Afterward, you can visit the fair from April 24 to 26, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Admission is free.
Every day there will be different activities related to the state. Various cultural groups will participate, and workshops will be organized for you to join. You’ll even have the chance to purchase handicrafts from Oaxaca.
Of course, there will be plenty of food, as various traditional dishes from the state will be sold throughout the event, so get ready to try everything from tlayudas to mole negro. Each item will be sold at a different price; it’s worth noting that coffee will also be available.
