Discover the art of unpretentious winemaking. Las Pudencianas breaks down the barriers of the traditional wine world to offer you a unique experience in Mexico City: the opportunity to create your own wine. Explore, blend, and bottle your creativity in an interesting and fun session.
This is not a conventional tasting; it is a super relaxed and casual gathering where you will taste wines from different grapes and, as if in a laboratory, you will be able to blend the ones you like best.
A specialist will guide you through the entire process and give you tips on how to perceive the basic elements of any wine: from its flavor to its aroma and color. Put your inhibitions aside and get all your questions answered: how wine is made, how it is fermented, how to hold a glass, how to toast… the sky’s the limit!
Once you’ve designed your favorite wine, it’s time to go to the cellar. Here you’ll fill the bottle, put the cork in, and even label your wine with the name you like best.

Of course, you can take your creation home with you! You will also have the opportunity to register your wine so that you can buy it in the future, ideal for special events such as weddings, graduations, anniversaries, etc.
The most original toast in Mexico City: the ideal experience to share, create, and connect with wine and your favorite people.
This plan suits any mood; it’s perfect for couples, celebrating a birthday, organizing a fun team building event, inviting your friends, and even breaking the ice on a first date.
The experience takes place on a beautiful and pleasant terrace where you can add a lunch or dinner menu and charcuterie boards.

How much does it cost and how do I book?
The cost of the experience starts at $2,499 per person and includes: cheese platter, wine during all phases of the experience, and bottling and labeling materials. It also includes a 15% service charge.
You will also have the option of adding a menu with delicious dishes to your experience; however, this option must be quoted separately. To make your reservation, visit Las Pudencianas’ Instagram profile.
When you make your reservation, you will find out where the experience will take place, as there are three different locations.
More about Las Pudencianas

Las Pudencianas is a label that was born in the cradle of Mexican wine: Parras de la Fuente, Coahuila. This region has the perfect terroir for growing grapes, resulting in wines of the highest quality.
The project is run by sisters Valeria, Eugenia, and Mariana Narro, who honor and uphold the family’s winemaking legacy and pay tribute to women in the industry.
It should be noted that the name is inspired by Pudenciana Madero, daughter of José Evaristo Madero Elizondo, who was a patriarch in Coahuila and a driving force behind the vineyards and wine history of Parras.
It’s not every day that you get the chance to be the author of your own label. Leave the rigid rules behind and immerse yourself in an afternoon of blending, laughter, and good company. Get your creativity ready, choose your favorite grape, and take home more than just a bottle: an unforgettable moment.
