This festival is held every year in the Zócalo of Mexico City with the aim of making visible the traditions and diversity of the native peoples of the country, especially of the CDMX. Here are the details.

This year’s edition will be held under the slogan “Our mother tongue, our mother earth”. The full program of activities will be announced at a later date; however, it is anticipated that there will be workshops, talks and more.
There will even be plays and even poetry in indigenous languages. Of course, as every year, there will be live music and handicrafts.
During your visit, be sure to visit the gastronomic areas, where you can enjoy a wide variety of typical dishes and traditional beverages. The date is from Friday August 8 to Sunday August 24 in the Zócalo of Mexico City.
