A pizza weighing over two kilos—which no diner has ever managed to finish on their own—has become the main attraction at this Argentine restaurant in Mexico City. Buzarda is a concept that stands out for its take on the traditional “pizza al molde,” a giant creation that challenges even the heartiest appetites with its impressive proportions.
The restaurant, located at Providencia 337 within the Del Valle Norte neighborhood, also offers fresh pasta, traditional empanadas, and Neapolitan pizzas.
Almost a kilo of dough and a kilo of cheese!
The construction of this pizza explains its size. The process begins with a thick crust made from 400 grams of dough, topped with a full kilo of cheese and the customer’s choice of toppings. Finally, the pizza is sealed with another 400 grams of dough on top.
The cost of these pizzas depends on the ingredients chosen, with prices ranging from $600 to $780. This dish is perfect for sharing and will satisfy cheese lovers!
If you want to test the limits of your appetite, you have to try this giant pizza at Buzarda. Remember that the restaurant is open Tuesday through Sunday, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
