Run for the bike because during two days we will have several cycling activities, such as the Gran Rodada 2025 in CDMX and a mega biciescuela at the Monumento a la Revolución where they will teach you what you need to know to ride a bike.
Bicycle Day was celebrated at the beginning of June; however, the activities to commemorate this date are not over yet. Get your bike ready because this weekend there will be a lot to do.
When will be the Gran Rodada 2025 in CDMX?
The Gran Rodada will take place this Saturday, June 14 at 7:00 am. The starting point will be the Metro Ciudad Deportiva. The route is 12 km long and will end at the Monumento a la Revolución (Monument to the Revolution), according to a press release from Mexico City’s Ministry of Mobility.
You will pass through different streets such as Avenida Florencia, Viaducto and Paseo de la Reforma. At the end of the ride, attendees will be able to participate in various activities.
If you don’t know how to ride a bike, don’t worry because on June 14 and 15 the Mega Biciescuela CDMX will be installed at the Monumento a la Revolución. You will learn everything from how to ride a bike, to signals and basic mechanics. These workshops are open to children over 3 years old. Don’t hesitate to invite the kids.
Of course, on Sunday, June 15, we will also have the traditional bike ride. Take advantage that Tláloc has given us a truce and go for a bike ride around Mexico City.
