You won’t find this benefit by clicking through the website or adding items to your online cart; the airline doesn’t offer it through its official website. To redeem it and secure your seat, you’ll need to contact them the old-fashioned way by calling their call center directly at (55) 5133 4000.
This promotion is calculated based on the base fare. Whether you’re looking for a one-way or round-trip flight, the discount applies to domestic and international routes operated by the airline and its subsidiary, Connect.
Just make sure to book seats in the Classic, AM PLUS, or Premier fare classes. If you were planning to fly in Economy Class, purchase one of the airline’s vacation packages, or travel in a large group, we’re sorry to say that those options aren’t eligible, and this offer can’t be combined with other promotions.
What are the requirements?
Only Mexican nationals can take advantage of this benefit. However, if you have foreign friends who are legally residing in the country, they can also fly for less as long as they have a valid INM resident card (temporary or permanent), in addition to a senior citizen ID card.
