Imagine being able to sing “Abrazame muy fuerte” or “Siempre en mi mente” in the middle of a brilliant stage. This is possible, because in the CDMX we will have an illuminated concert that will pay tribute to the great Divo de Juárez, Juan Gabriel.
This show is presented by Cuarteto Lirio, in order to remember the musical legacy of the artist. The repertoire includes songs such as Así Fue, El Noa Noa and Amor Eterno.
This is not just any concert, but a Candlelight concert. Don’t you know these shows yet? They are music and ballet tributes that take place in the most important venues of the city.
The most special thing of all is that they are presentations illuminated with thousands and thousands of candles. This particularity awakens nostalgia, romanticism and even sensuality.
Undoubtedly, it is the excuse you were waiting for to ask out that special person. As El Divo said: “what you see, you don’t ask for”.
So far, two shows dedicated to Juan Gabriel are scheduled. For now, there are two shows scheduled:
- Saturday, August 9, at 6:00 pm.
- Friday, September 12, at 9:30 pm.
Both performances will take place at El Cantoral, a forum of impressive architecture located at Puente Xoco s/n, Puerta A, Xoco, Benito Juárez.

More concerts by candlelight
Don’t worry if you don’t have a chance to attend one of the Juanga tributes. The Candlelight experience always has something interesting on the bill.
For example, the classic concert of Vivaldi‘s The Four Seasons, the tribute to José José and even one with the soundtracks of your favorite anime. There’s something for everyone!
