Are you afraid of the dark? If you are a fan of terror and mystery, this night tour in the Desierto de los Leones is for you. For more than two hours you will tour the former convent while they tell you legends.
Everything will be in total darkness, the only thing you will be able to see will be the lights brought by the characters who will interpret several spooky stories. Do you dare to go?
Night Legends is a show that has been performed for more than 10 years at the former convent of Desierto de los Leones. This Friday, August 16, they will begin a new season called “The Return of the Ruíz Valdes Sisters”, in which legends about different beings, including witches.
The show includes more than 30 actors on stage, pyrotechnics, lighting and audio effects along the entire route. The main feature of this event is that you are taken through the entire ex-convent in complete darkness.
Stops are made at specific places where different legends are recreated. During the event, you can even enter the catacombs of the site.
when is the night tour in Desierto de los Leones?
The new route will be carried out in week-end the following days: 📅16, 17, 18, 23, 25, 30 and 31 of august as well as on the 1st, 6th, 7th and 8th of september at different times, with the first one at 20:00.

We recommend you to wear comfortable and warm clothes, because it is very cold there, and it is also the time of the year rain. You will be walking a lot, so don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes. This tour will last two and a half hours, during which you will learn about legends and enjoy the facilities of the night (trust us, it looks very different at night than it does during the day).
You will basically know (and experience) how the ancient monks of this place lived. It is worth mentioning that there is no cell phone signal at the site, so take your precautions.
