¡Échele, my mariachi! The Night of Museums in September will be very musical, especially because there will be a concert with mariachis at the Museum of the Palace of Fine Arts. Admission is free but space is limited, so keep an eye on the details so you don’t miss it.
This concert will be led by the Mariachi and Choir of the Ballet Folklorico de Mexico de Amalia Hernandez, who prepared an unmissable presentation full of Mexican music.
When will be the concert with mariachis at the Palacio de Bellas Artes Museum?
As we told you, this concert is part of the Night of Museums, an event that takes place on the last Wednesday of every month in museums and cultural venues in Mexico City.
The concert will start at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, September 24 and will have a maximum capacity of 80 people, so we recommend you arrive very early to get a seat.
It is worth mentioning that this is not the only activity that will take place. At 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. there will be guided tours at the site (25 people per group); while from 7:00 to 8:40 p.m. there will be a mediated activity called “Possible Worlds. Abstract drawing sessions”. In this case the quota is 15 people every 20 minutes and will be held in the mural area.
As you can see there will be everything this Museum Night at the Palacio de Bellas Artes Museum ( Juárez Avenue and Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas). It is important to note that the activities are subject to change without prior notice.
