September is coming, which means that the Fiestas Patrias 2025 are just around the corner. To celebrate it, the Orquesta Sinfónica de Minería has prepared a show called Concierto Mexicano, in which emblematic pieces such as Moncayo’s Huapango will be performed.
As detailed through official accounts, there will be two concerts: September 9 and 10. Both will start at 8:00 p.m., so you can jump in after work or school. Write down all the details and celebrate the national holidays with lots of music!
Where will the Mexican Concert of the Orquesta Sinfónica de Minería be held?
This concert will be held at the Nezahualcóyotl Hall, located at 3000 Insurgentes Sur Avenue, Ciudad Universitaria, Coyoacán. The program includes pieces such as “Sones de mariachi”, by Blas Galindo; “Sensemayá”, by Revueltas and “Huapango”, by José Pablo Moncayo. Throughout the event you will hear unmissable songs.
On stage you will see Rodrigo Garibay, on saxophone. The orchestra will be conducted by Raúl Aquiles Delgado. Tickets range from $400 to $800 depending on the venue you choose. You can buy your tickets online or directly at the box office. Run before they are sold out and get a head start on the celebrations for the anniversary of the beginning of Mexico’s Independence Day.
