For three days the Mole and Indigenous Gastronomy Fair will be held, where you will be delighted with delicious recipes and a wonderful demonstration of cantoya balloons, so come to San Jerónimo Acazulco, Ocoyoacac, to taste the moles that are prepared in this region of the State of Mexico!
The gastronomic event will take place on July 19, 20 and 21. Here will gather, mainly, cooks from the Otomí-Yühü people; get ready to learn about their versions of mole, many of the preparations are family heirlooms!
In addition to the cantoya balloons, the Mole Fair of Ocoyoacac will have artistic presentations.

While the palate enjoys Mexican gastronomy, there will be musical performances, dance and theater plays, to name a few.
For example, on Saturday, July 19 you will enjoy the music of the Symphonic String Orchestra. While on Sunday, July 20 you will see a couple of folkloric dance groups.
The cantoya balloon demonstration will be on Monday, July 21, at 3:00 pm. This activity will be in charge of maestro Gustavo Ibarra de la Mora. Here is the complete program:
Remember that the opening ceremony will be held on Saturday, July 19, at 11:45 am.
It should be noted that this 2025 will be the 11th edition of the Mole and Indigenous Gastronomy Fair, so it is expected to be a true feast of flavors.
