Mexico City Philharmonic Orchestra
On the occasion of Mother’s Day, the Mexico City Philharmonic Orchestra prepared two very special performances in which they will present pieces such as “Fantasía Romeo y Julieta”, among many others. Let your mommy know and don’t miss this show.

2. Candlelight Ballet
This is not exactly a Mother’s Day concert; however, it is a show that your mom is sure to love. They will perform pieces from The Nutcracker, Swan Lake and Carmen. Plus on stage you’ll see professional dancers performing ballet tunes.

3. Grand Mother’s Day Ball
Prepare your best dance moves to make the dance floor shine. Cañaveral, Grupo Ensamble and Los Yaguarú will perform this Saturday, May 11 at the Monumento a la Revolución. Of course there will be mariachi music. We will see the female mariachi Mexicana Hermosa.

4. Roma River in Tlalpan
This is one of the Mother’s Day concerts in CDMX that you can’t miss. On stage will be Río Roma, so get ready to sing at the top of your lungs. There will also be lots of dancing with Carlos Colorado’s Sonora Santanera. Even Armando Navarro’s Los Dandy’s will be performing.

5. Concert at La Mexicana
In this Mexico City park there will also be a concert for mom. It will be led by the Orquesta Filarmónica Mexiquense. It is an outdoor event where you will enjoy lots of classical music.
