Live music, workshops and more. A new edition of the Historic Center Museum Fair will be held in May. All the details have already been announced. Take note so you don’t miss anything.
On May 18, the International Museum Day will be celebrated; to celebrate it in a big way, a free fair will be held in the Historic Center, where you will learn more about the cultural venues of this area of Mexico City.
In fact, this date seeks to encourage visits to museums, as well as to highlight their cultural importance. Don’t be left out of the celebration.
When will be the Museum Fair of the Historic Center 2025?
Through social networks of the Government of Mexico City it was announced that this year the Museum Fair in CDMX will take place on Sunday, May 18 from 12:00 to 17:00 hours.
This year it will have two venues: Plaza Manuel Tolsá (Tacuba 8, Historic Center) and the Palacio de Minería (Tacuba 5, Historic Center). Throughout the day there will be various activities such as workshops, activations and talks. Of course, there will be live music.
In the case of Plaza Tolsá there will be a discussion on the future of museums, a scientific show, which will be led by the Tezozómoc Museum, and even a tribute concert to The Beatles.
Through all the activities you will learn more about what the museums of the Historic Center have to offer. The best thing is that admission to the fair is free. Save the date and don’t miss the 2025 edition.
