Mystika is the creation of Pepe Soho, who after a tragic horseback riding accident, dedicated himself to learning about different spiritual traditions. And, inspired by all the natural sanctuaries we have in our country, he decided to mix these two concepts to create a healing experience similar to his own process.
So, on a journey that takes you from Baja California to Chiapas, you will witness the wonders that our Mexico has to offer to help us transform our spirit. Through its impressive technology and rooms with refractions and projection domes, in Mystika you will feel as if you were in the middle of nature.
Pepe Soho wanted to record each sanctuary with super powerful cameras so you won’t miss a single flutter of the monarch butterflies, see every detail of the humpback whales or be flooded by the light of the fireflies.
In addition, during the entire experience you will listen to shamanic music specially designed to accompany every moment of this photo exhibition. The auditory medicine will help you vibrate high and connect deeply with the teachings of each room.
Mystika features 6 immersive spaces that bring Pepe Soho’s most iconic photographs to life:
- Maya: transports you to Tulum to take a cosmic journey in a 360 dome next to a feathered serpent.
- Liberation: is a tribute to horses and freedom, who taught Pepe Soho how to overcome his limitations.
- Manifest: invites you to cross the gates of the cosmos to manifest new realities, just make a wish and cross the portal!
- Poem: be amazed and inspired by the swallows of the Lacandon jungle, which were recorded with a high-speed camera.
- Sanctuary: this amazing mirror room transports you to the most impressive scenes of the entire exhibit.
- Return home: the monarch butterflies will become your teachers about life and you will see that after the darkness there is always beauty waiting for you.
Mystika is located in Torre Cuarzo on Reforma (Paseo de la Reforma 26, Juárez) and you can visit it every day from 10:00 to 19:00. This is an experience for the whole family and also if you want to know the most beautiful natural corners of our country.
