The pre-Hispanic gods will battle in 2-to-3-fall matches! Here’s what to expect from this new show at Arena México
The country’s most important ring is about to host an incredible show where the oldest myths of Mexican history will be reinterpreted with the best of wrestling. It will be like being transported straight to Mesoamerica!
In addition to cheering and getting swept up in the excitement of traditional Mexican wrestling, this show will feature special effects, dances, and performances to bring us closer to pre-Hispanic cosmogonies.
In the ring, we’ll see star wrestlers like India Sioux, Star Jr., Akuma, and Metálica, among others.
In this experience, Mesoamerican gods and mythical forces will be represented through dives from the third rope, masks, and characters. In other words, while you enjoy the wrestling, you’ll be immersed in stories inspired by pre-Hispanic narratives.
When and where can you see Mitos en el Ring in Mexico City?
Start choosing your side because Mitos en el Ring is coming to the capital very soon. There will be performances on June 11, 20, and 25, and every Thursday in July from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Arena México, the great temple of Mexican wrestling.
