This summer CDMX will have a Japanese flavor with the return of Natsu Matsuri 2025, the most awaited Japanese festival of the year… set the date now! The date will be August 16 and 17 (🕐Time: 13:00 to 21:00 hrs).
Where will it be held? At the Japanese Mexican Association of Álvaro Obregón (📍Location: Fujiyama 144, Las Águilas, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX). Tickets are already on sale with presale price (until August 15) and we recommend you to buy them in advance, as the event will have limited capacity.

The traditional Japanese atmosphere will come alive with the emblematic Bon Odori dance, taiko music and hundreds of attendees wearing yukatas. If you love Japanese culture, you can’t miss this unique experience.
What will be at Natsu Matsuri 2025?

For two days, you will be able to immerse yourself in an atmosphere that mixes tradition, celebration and gastronomy. There will be a great offer of Japanese food, from ramen and sushi to onigiris and typical sweets, as well as Sapporo beer, one of the most popular beers in Japan.
You will also be able to visit stalls with themed articles, participate in cultural activities and enjoy special presentations with guest artists, which will make this festival an unforgettable celebration in the heart of the city.
