February’s Museum Night at the Franz Mayer will be neither romantic nor corny. This time, the plan revolves around “almost something,” those loves that didn’t work out but left a history (and a playlist of spite).
On Wednesday, February 25, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., the Franz Mayer Museum joins Museum Night in Mexico City with a special edition entitled The Night of the Almost Something. An evening designed for laughter, letting off steam, and, why not, meeting new people.
A Museum Night at the Franz Mayer to sing, erase, and move on
This themed edition will feature karaoke for heartbreak to bring out those anthems that can only be sung with real feeling. There will also be special tours inside the museum and short film screenings to get you in the mood.
Among the most striking activities is the famous crumb wall, a space to leave behind that “almost something” that gave confusing signals. And if you’re into final closure, there will be an activity to erase your ex from the picture (literally).
Would you rather start from scratch? This Museum Night at the Franz Mayer will also feature speed dating, ideal for meeting available people and breaking the pattern of “almost.”
In addition, there will be a 2-for-1 ticket promotion and color coding for your outfit to communicate your mood:

Tickets, cost, and location
Tickets for this Franz Night are now available online and cost $130 per person. Remember that the museum is located at Av. Hidalgo 45, in the Historic Center of Mexico City, a few steps from Alameda Central.
If you’re looking for original plans to bid farewell to the most romantic month of the year, this is ideal because not everything in February is perfect love: sometimes we also celebrate what almost was… and sing at the top of our lungs to get over it.
