Last Saturday, April 11, the Pedro Infante exhibition opened in Mexico City, and admission is free. You’ll see photographs and iconic items; additionally, on April 18, there will be a musical show dedicated to the artist.
This exhibition is being held to commemorate the 69th anniversary of the death of Pedro Infante, an actor and singer who died on April 15, 1957, in a plane crash.
Where can I see the Pedro Infante exhibition in Mexico City?
The exhibition opened on April 11 and is located at the Casa de Cultura Azcapotzalco (605 Azcapotzalco Ave.). According to information from the local government, the exhibition will be open until May 25, so you’ll have just over a month to visit it.
During your visit, you’ll see everything from photographs to various items such as costumes from the film *A Toda Máquina* and hats, as well as some of the singer’s albums. Admission is free. Plus, as we mentioned, there will also be a concert dedicated to Pedro Infante.
This musical show will take place at the Foro Cultural Azcapotzalco on Saturday, April 18, at 7:00 p.m. Lupita Infante Torrentera and Adrián Bedolla “El Jilguero” will perform. Enjoy an evening filled with music as they sing iconic songs. Admission to the show is also free.
