Plant Fest returns to Mexico City and does so in a big way: with its 20th edition and just in time to welcome spring.
For three days, this festival will become the ideal meeting place for those who love plants, flowers, and everything related to a greener lifestyle.
From February 27 to March 1, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Colonia Juárez will be filled with color, aromas, and good vibes at Lucerna 34, a space that is already a benchmark for creative and cultural events in Mexico City. And yes: admission is completely free, so there’s no excuse not to go.
A festival to celebrate spring in Mexico City

Plant Fest is not just a plant fair. It is an experience designed to connect with nature in the heart of the city.
Here you can discover new species, find indoor and outdoor plants, and undoubtedly, exotic plants you’ve never seen before. You can also learn about independent projects related to the plant world and interact with a community that shares a love for greenery.
Everything you need to know before you go

The festival will take place at Lucerna 34, Colonia Juárez, Cuauhtémoc municipality, a central and easily accessible area.
Remember to bring reusable bags, as you’ll surely want to go home with a new plant (or several).
If you’re looking for free things to do in Mexico City, a different activity to end February, or a unique way to welcome March, Plant Fest is a must-see.
