On the last Friday of every month, there is a Technical Council meeting in elementary schools, so children do not have classes on those days. To keep them from getting bored at home, check out these places where they will have a great time.
The Science Plaza is an event that has been held since 2025 on Technical Council Fridays. It has several activities, including music and workshops. On January 30, there will be telescopes with which you can safely admire the Sun. Everything is free.
Aztlán, Chapultepec Fair

This Friday is Technical Council day! That means there will be a 2-for-1 deal on the Children’s and Plus packages at Aztlán. To take advantage of the promotion, you must present your children’s valid student ID, report card with photo, or report card and photo ID.
Remember that the children’s package costs $350 and is for children who are taller than 90 cm and shorter than 1.5 meters. The Aztlán Plus Package costs $600 and is for people who are taller than 1.51 meters.
The promotion does not apply to groups of more than 5 people and cannot be combined with other discounts. Here are the terms and conditions; we recommend that you read them before visiting the park.
Kataplum
This amusement park also has promotions on Technical Council Fridays. In general, the Kataporte costs $390, while on these Fridays it is only $300.
You can go on 30 of its attractions as many times as you want. Just keep in mind that this does not include skill games and Go Karts. You can buy your tickets online; just select the option called Kataporte Consejo Tec.
Kidzania

KidZania will offer a 30% discount on tickets for the first long weekend of 2026. The promotion will be available from January 29 to February 2 and only applies to online purchases. It is important to mention that it does not include Friends Night.
