
Don’t forget your umbrella or raincoat at home! According to forecasts from the Secretariat of Integral Risk Management and Civil Protection, the rains in CDMX will intensify from June 16. We will have a very rainy week.
It is expected that throughout the week we will have heavy rains, as well as possible hail; besides, we will forget about the heat for a while. Keep an eye on the complete forecast and take your precautions.
Rain forecast for CDMX from June 16 to 20
According to this agency, heavy rains are expected in CDMX from June 16 to 20. Rainfall intensity is expected to decrease on Friday.
Regarding the temperature, the National Meteorological Service detailed that for this Tuesday, June 17, maximum temperatures of 20 to 22 degrees are expected; while on Wednesday the maximum will be 19 to 21 degrees. As for Thursday, June 19, the maximum temperature will be 20 degrees.
Meanwhile, heavy rains are forecast to continue at least until Friday, June 20. So don’t forget to go out well wrapped up and prepared for the rains.
Civil Protection recommends taking some measures such as:
- Do not cross streets with water currents
- Avoid passing through streets or areas that are waterlogged or flooded.
- Are you going by bike? Try to wear a reflective raincoat.
- Take precautions against falling fragile structures, branches or tarpaulins.
