Music, tastings and even food for sale. This weekend the Bean Fair arrives to Monumento a la Revolución. Admission will be free and there will be several activities.
In order to celebrate the National Bean Day and recognize the importance of this grain, there will be a fair where there will be everything: tastings, workshops, talks and even exhibitions dedicated to beans. We recommend you go with good weather so you have a chance to see everything that will be there.
In addition, there will be stage presentations, agro-ecological products for sale, among other activities. In this edition various agencies will participate, as well as the municipalities of Xochimilco, Magdalena Contreras, Tláhuac and Milpa Alta.
When will the Bean Fair be held at the Monument to the Revolution?
The first edition of the Bean and Agrobiodiversity Fair will be this November 14 and 15 from 10:00 to 18:00 hours. As we mentioned, the venue will be the esplanade of the Monument to the Revolution, where all the activities will take place.
Even beans will be sold. You will enjoy this product in different ways, you can even buy it to make your own dishes at home. If you go by public transportation you should know that the closest Metro station is Revolución (Line 2). If you go by Metrobus you should get off at Plaza de la República station.
