Let’s celebrate together the 80 years of this emblematic artist! Next Friday, February 21, a Bob Marley concert will be screened at the Cineteca Nacional. Admission to the event is free.
Bob Marley was born on February 6, 1945 and died in May 1981. He was a reggae composer and singer who left a great legacy in the musical field. On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of his birth, we are going to remember him with a free event in Mexico City.

During this event “Uprising Live!” will be screened, audiovisual material in which we will see one of the presentations offered by the singer in the mid-1980s. Don’t miss this opportunity. You will hear like never before emblematic songs of the artist such as “No Woman, No Cry” and “Get Up, Stand Up”, to name a few.
The date is February 21, 2025 at 7:30 pm at the Open Air Forum of the Cineteca Nacional ( Avenida Mexico Coyoacan 389, Xoco, Benito Juarez). Admission is free but we recommend you arrive early to get a good place and enjoy everything that will be there.
Remember that this is an open-air screening, so try to wear comfortable clothes. You will enjoy his songs to the fullest and share with other fans the musical legacy left by this artist.
