This Thursday, June 11, a soccer festival will kick off in the Gustavo A. Madero district, featuring everything from soccer and music to food and much more. Admission will be free.
The 2026 World Cup is here, and in Mexico City you’ll find plenty of options for watching the matches. There will be festivals in various boroughs and the FIFA Fan Festival in the Zócalo, to name a few.
In addition, on the esplanade of the Gustavo A. Madero borough, there will be an event lasting the entire World Cup, from June 11 to July 19. Some matches will be broadcast, including those of the Mexican National Team, as well as other games.

During the event, you’ll find a variety of activities, such as food courts offering must-try dishes, cultural attractions, and plenty of music.
Through its official accounts, the borough announced that various bands and singers will perform during the event, including Majo Aguilar, Mi Banda El Mexicano, Salón Victoria, Aczino, La Changa, Big Metra, and more. Start practicing your best dance moves so you can shine on the dance floor.
The event will take place on the esplanade of the Gustavo A. Madero district, located at Calle 5 de Febrero S/N, Villa Gustavo A. Madero. Admission will be free every day. The schedule will be announced later so you can start planning your visit.
