The next time you visit Chapultepec Forest, you’ll come across soccer player sculptures up to 5 meters tall. This is the exhibition called “Los Gigantes del Futbol.”
The sculptures, designed by the Mexican creative studio Zion Art, aim to blend sports, art, and culture. They depict soccer players in dynamic on-field poses, wearing the uniforms of various national teams, and feature both male and female figures that pay tribute to the sport.

According to information from Chapultepec Forest, these figures are located on the terrace of the First Section Lake. In this area, you’ll find at least five monumental figures.
The exhibition extends to other busy areas of the capital. For example, in the southern part of the city, the exhibition reaches the main UNAM campus, with a sculpture located near the Universum Museum, within the Ciudad Universitaria Cultural Circuit.
It’s unclear how long these soccer player sculptures will be on display, so don’t wait any longer—head out to see them. You can even take photos with them. It’s worth noting that this exhibition came to Mexico City as part of the activities surrounding the 2026 World Cup.
